pp. 110, (ii). Frontispiece and title in pink and black silhouette, one tipped-in coloured plate to follow the title, 3 double-page plates in silhouette and in 3 colours, profuse illustration both in text and full-page all in silhouette. Original paper boards, cloth-backed, both boards decorated in black and pink, green end-papers with white silhouette decoration, the slightest wear to the corners and very light bruising of the spine ends, occasional very faint marginal dust mark, overall and considering the entirely unsuitable make-up of the book for children, this has lasted for 101 years in really nice condition.
