Description:
71 chromolithograph plates including the title, 4 preliminary leaves of text plus accompanying text and a guard leaf to each plate. Elaborate gilt-decorated bevelled boards, all edges gilt, a gutta percha binding long disintegrated, lacking spine and all contents now loose, boards a little faded and light wear to the corners, the title leaf with a little fraying at the top and inner edges, overall the text and plates in nice, clean condition.
