pp. (xx), 164, (ii) Index. Modern cloth, ex libris RICHARD FREEMAN with his notes on collation at the front where he states that X4 blank is lacking. The book appears to have been washed and some faint marginal damp-marking remains, not unsightly, without the Frontispiece of Cowley's tomb, possibly lacking X3 pp.165-166, overall a very good reference copy.
