*This appears to be the genuine first edition - it was later published by Harrap [pp.22, 1916?], copies in the BL [1915?] and University of Cambridge [1916?], by Heffer [pp.12, 1923, price 2 pence], copies in Cambridge and V&A, by Methuen [pp.19, 1923] BL copy; the copy offered here [?1915, pp.12, one penny, Methuen] is only recorded from the Universities of Oxford & Cambridge.
