pp. (viii), 332, (i). 16 plates [2 in colour]. Pages 1-303 facsimile of manuscript. Cloth-backed boards, the spine heavily foxed and with a very small patch of wear towards the foot, a few little scratches at the lower edge of the rear board, contents clean and bright, a good copy.
*LIMITED EDITION OF 200 copies, this being no. 113, with a typed note from the STR requesting an additional 75p to cover postal cost.
