pp. 166. Portrait on the front cover and one other in text, a text figure and some musical bars. Original pictorial paper wrappers, the backstrip a bit frayed, a couple of lower corners at the end creased, front wrap coming loose with a small edge tear without loss,signed by the author at the end of the Preface and with a 4-line ms. note in ink at p.157, library book-plate and stamp on the verso of the title, no other marking, a good copy.

'Comfortable' Apartments; The Circle of Man [March 1917]; Nearing the End (The Atheist's Last Words).
