Double-page folding frontispiece, 8 plates [1 folding], large folding map, 7 vignettes. Contemporary half-calf and marbled boards, spine edges a bit rubbed, a little foxing at the ends, with the author's unsigned presentation inscription - 'To W. Dickson with the Authors Best Regards', a very good copy with attractive provenance.
