Description:
2 sheets folded and loosely inserted within blue paper wrappers, a photo-reproduction portrait of Brathwaite on the front cover and this statement on the back : 'This poem, published for the first time in this form for Carifesta 79 in Havana, Cuba was read by the author to Nicolás Guillén during a joint poetry reading at the Assembly Hall, University of the West Indies, Mona on the occasion of Guillén's first visit to Jamaica in 1974 - with version in Spanish by J. R. PEREIRA.' The covers slightly sunned at the edges and with a small impressed mark at the top front corner, else a very good copy.
