pp. (iv), ii, (5)-172. Folding engraved plan, folding table (which comprises pages 11-14 in the collation). Original maroon cloth gilt, front cover a little discoloured at the lower edge, rebacked, the folding plate torn at the lower corner with very slight loss but not affecting the image and now repaired, one advertisement leaf with a few trivial repairs to the fore-edge margin, very good condition, with the early signature of C. MURE, 1837.
