pp. xv, (i), 200. Extending wood-engraved frontispiece, hand coloured, with 20 figures. Contemporary half calf and marbled boards, now rebacked, the folding plate repaired in the folds without loss, a very good copy.

*The Preface is signed 'J. B.', identified as BADCOCK in the British Library Catalogue. There are two locations recorded for America in NUC - Texas University and the Library of Congress Priority 4 Collection, and one copy in Toronto Public Library; these are for copies with the frontispiece.
